Introduction of ASTM1215 free steel steel:
1215 free-cutting steel is the addition of sulfur to the steel to make it easy to cut. It is suitable for cutting hot-rolled and cold-drawn steel bars and steel wires for the production of automatic goods. This type of steel can be cut with a higher cutting speed and a larger depth of cut. Due to the free-cutting elements added to the steel, the cutting resistance of the steel is reduced.
